I'm considering a move to the Portland area and.surrounding suburbs my wife and I contacted Lacey Summers of Bella Casa Realty. Throughout the process Lacey was friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable and very professional. With an out of state home search and no association with local realtors, we found ourselves somewhat anxious. Lacey educated us about Oregon Real Estate, trends and forecasts. Our initial "must haves" evolved over time and Lacey was patient as we changed our minds several times. Lacey was very understanding and made helpful suggestions while helping us to understand what was realistic and what was not. Once we identified a property and decided to make an offer she acted very quickly to put together an offer after hours as we were competing with other potential buyers. She gave us researched statistics with the special consideration of selling in a rural area. She was able to find relevant comparisons, to other rural areas and surrounding communities.
